Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity.

Many of us do not find time for exercise in our busy routine. Once we find time, we waste it wondering where to start from! Thus, we at Switch India came up with the 30 days lunges challenge which continued from 5th February, 2020 to 5th March, 2020.

We started with around 600 enthusiastic souls from 20+ cities, 10+ states & 2+ countries around the globe who gave it a try and 100+ of them could successfully complete the challenge.

Day 1 was just 20 lunges, but at the end day 30 demanded 150 lunges ! Lunges is a very important fitness training exercise which most of us are less aware of but it helps a lot in increasing the strength of glutes, quadriceps & other postural muscles.

Our finishers were from various fields like medical students, engineering students, physiotherapists, fitness instructors, dance instructors, production coordinators, company secretaries, teachers, researchers, policemen etc and many more such enthusiastic achievers who found time & not excuses.

Each participant posting "Done" on the group as per our tradition worked a lot towards motivating the fellow participants & also kept reminding them of doing the exercise throughout the day so that nobody misses it.

We kept motivating our participants by some daily motivation doses which most of them loved and that kept inspiring us as well. Finally the consistent ones received an e-reward adding joy to their efforts and marvelous results on their body which was truly greater than any other reward.

The smiling faces on our collage keep inspiring us to come up again and again with such fitness challenges ! We will be back soon with another fresh fitness initiative till then keep exercising & stay fit !
