Could literally feel the sweat trickling down my nose and I couldn’t wipe it. It was vexatious but still elating. The challenge stretched from 1st to 30th September.
We had to hold, balance and exert beyond our normal capacity, that was something gratifying.
A plank exercise routine comprises of so many variations. This one month challenge not only helped us focus on our core but also taught, how difficult those 10 seconds to 6 minutes can be?
I’m not just talking about getting drained. It was more about being focused and reluctant to take out time for something, that you’ve wanted to work for. Sometimes finding those 2-3 minutes was also a task, since it seemed to be like,it’d be done in a while and............you keep procrastinating.
But people put in their very best. Even with breaks and muddles, they stood out and completed the challenge.
I still remember, initially completing those 35 seconds on the day 4(4th September)of our challenge was so strenuous and then while progressing towards that 1 minute on day 6(6th September )would make you feel so thrilled.
Completing this challenge made us understand how organised and expediting you can be.
It wasn’t just about completing it,I feel.
It was feeling your heart beat so fast ,not something typically cliché,
But it just made you feel inspired.
Yes,few of us couldn’t complete the challenge but meanwhile others never lost hope and made the most out of it. Hats off to all out there.
